Take Back Your Time is a digital product delivered instantly by email.

Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law or this policy.

We will always help or refund you if:
- Your payment was deducted but no order was created
- You were charged twice for the same order
- You did not receive access to the app and Google Sheet, and we cannot fix it
- A technical problem on our side stops you from using the product
